Absolutely everything! The place is like in the pictures. Super clean and tidy. Staffs there are so lovely. Toilet spotless, beds are comfortable, the room has air conditioning, WiFi works perfectly, windows are the good one that isolated all noise from the street. I rarely heard noise or voices from the other guests. Super well located, they are closed to every store that we needed, supermarkets, restaurants, fast food. I am supprised in how perfect was my staying there. The staff was great and the price. Close to the metro/train station and it's about halfway between Sintra and Lisbon which was really nice. Perfect room, the location is great, right next to the train station, you can take a 15-minute train to the center of the city for ~2 euros. It was clean and had everything we needed, the people working there were very kind. The place is very clean. Location to Maria restaurant and plenty of bakeries. Short walk to the metro. I never got an Uber or Taxi. Very convenient. , the bed is extra firm. Towels yes, no washcloth.

Had a cuppa in the lounge. They did my laundry and rented a car for me. Enjoyed a drink at the on-site bar. Sintra is apparently a 20-minute drive away, but who has time for that?

I mean, who needs to see Sintra anyway? It's only a world-renowned UNESCO site.
